~Summer Lovin~

So we have had quite a fun Summer since school got out. However, sometimes the days seem to drag on since there is no one here to hang out with and sometimes either Marc or I are working when the other one is off. I have learned to be creative with the activities I do during the day. ;) We have had a blast when we do have time spent together. Its been so nice to have more time to talk with each other and find out new things we never knew about one another. 

We finally hit our one year mark on August 10th! We took a little trip down to UT and went to Lagoon and out to dinner to celebrate. Marc's stomach isn't too fond of roller coasters while I absolutely LOVE them. We had to somehow find a happy medium where I was satisfied with my thrill while he wasn't puking his guts out. Cause lets face it, its no fun going by yourself! I just had to have him come along. haha All in all, it was the best first anniversary ever. We were also able to see lots of friends and family which is always so refreshing. It was fun reflecting back on our year together and how much has changed and how much we have grown together as a couple.

Im quitting my current job because I finally got a campus job! I am really looking forward to a change of scenery and really overall a completely different job. I am finishing up my last week at my old job this week and then we are going to go back down to UT for another quick get away before school starts up again here in a couple weeks. Cause when school starts, lets face it, we are gonna be stuck here with all of the responsibilities and obligations we have. Marc also won tickets from his work to the fair for next weekend! We are so excited to go and see what its all about and the best part is that its free! Well, that's pretty much all of the updates for us! Hope everyone had a great Labor Day and all the kids are enjoying being back in school! (I'm sure the moms are much more excited.) Much love!
